Annual Student Exhibition Opens This Week

The annual student exhibition showcasing the best works from our graduating class will open this Friday at the main gallery.

The Academy of Arts of the Kyrgyz Republic is proud to present the annual student exhibition, showcasing the exceptional talent and creativity of our graduating class of 2025.

The exhibition will feature works across various mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, and mixed media installations. This year's theme, 'Boundaries and Beyond,' challenges students to explore the limits of their chosen medium and push beyond conventional artistic expressions.

The opening reception will take place on Friday, May 15, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with remarks from the Academy's Director and the Dean of Fine Arts at 7:00 PM. Light refreshments will be served, and many of the student artists will be present to discuss their work.

The exhibition will run until June 20, 2025, and is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Admission is free, but donations to the student scholarship fund are welcome.
