New Digital Library Center Opens on Campus

The Academy has opened a new state-of-the-art digital library center with expanded resources for students and faculty.

The Academy of Arts of the Kyrgyz Republic is proud to announce the opening of a new Digital Library Center on the east side of our main campus. This modern facility features advanced technology and expanded resources to support research, creativity, and academic excellence.

The Digital Library Center was made possible through a generous donation from the Kyrgyz Arts Foundation and represents the Academy's commitment to providing cutting-edge resources for our community. The facility includes over 50 computer workstations, digital archives of rare art books and manuscripts, and multimedia production studios.

Notable features include a virtual reality research lab where students can explore digital reconstructions of historical art sites, a digital preservation studio for archiving traditional Kyrgyz art forms, and collaborative spaces equipped with the latest technology for interdisciplinary projects.

The Digital Library Center is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is accessible to all Academy students and faculty. Guided tours will be offered every Saturday at 2:00 PM, led by library staff who will demonstrate the center's capabilities and resources.
